A Sticky Post will Always be at the Top
You can easily feature certain posts by setting them as a sticky post. Just check the appropriate box under the Publish panel, next to the Visibility options.
Check Out a Post with Nested Comments
This is just a standard post that contains a whole lot of comments so you can see what they look like. If you have nested comments set up on your site then you can have replies indented below their associated comment.
